YAMAHA YZR-M1

Simple to built model, strictly exact, PROPOSED WITH THE DRIVER, a unique model on the market in this scale.. The assembly of this model will be easy, and the decoration very spectacular.

It's the 15 May 2005, and 'Dotore' is 1st on the starting grid. With a 37th pole position, he has Yamaha team mate Colin Edwards, who will finish 3rd, watching his back. At the start there's nothing to choose between the Yamaha duo, but its finally Edwards who takes the lead, leaving 'Dotore' in 6th place, at leisure to ready his M1 for 'takeoff". It all happens in the blink of an eye, right from the second lap: he swipes 5th place from Nakano, and idem for Mélandri, who loses 4th place. Rossi literally 'fleeces' his adversaries one after the other. Meanwhile, Edwards is up ahead with a 5/10ths lead on Hayden. Rossi grabs 3rd place from Capirossi as he brakes. It's during the 7th lap that the amazing Rossi and the no less amazing Yamaha really strut their stuff: Hayden succumbs before the double genius of M1 and rider... We're at the start of the race, and Yamaha is well and truly on top The two M1s have a 2.6 second lead over their adversaries: it's what you might call 'punishment'. On the 17th lap, while the pack fight it out behind them, Rossi goes for Edwards, who puts up resistance… Behind them is Gibernau… The two Yamaha riders get in each other's way and Gibernau seizes the opportunity and takes second place. 4 laps from the finish, the Rossi / Gibernau tandem really take off in a relentless struggle for victory. And it's Rossi who takes the laurels for the 71st time in his young career!
